Bolero is a member of the Smuggler’s Group of restaurants, which include the legendary Smugglers Inn, Open Sesame and the newly minted Tango Bistro. Bolero opened for business in May of 2007 and has been garnering rave reviews ever since. Come on in and embark upon a Brazilian-styled dining experience. A few of the selections you will be offered off of our charcoal BBQ are a traditional Brazilian cut of top sirloin called picanha, bacon filet mignon, a robust pork sausage called linguica and of course our illustrious caramelized pineapple.
Don’t forget to sample items from our fresco bar a sumptuous buffet of gourmet salads, fresh cut and grilled vegetables, sliced cold cuts and various cheeses. Choose from a variety of hot dishes including coconut rice, creamy mashed potatoes, sautéed greens and feijoida, a classic hearty Brazilian black bean stew. To add to the experience we also have available a seafood platter consisting of lobster tail, king crab legs, scallops and shrimp, perfect for four people to share. Any of the seafood items can also be ordered separately.
